Welcome to the 2012 Non-Resident Stoneleigh Pool renewal process! 

 


Below you will find the NEW Pool form and an Instruction page to help guide you.  Please print, complete the form,  and attach a photo.   Include your membership fee (see fee schedule below) made payable to "Stoneleigh Community Association" and mail to:

Forms and fees are due by March 15th 2012 (postmarked).  If after this date, please include a $25 late fee.  If not received by March 30th, your membership will be revoked.
